Gogethealthynow brings you a delicious recipe from award winning author and chef Jo Pratt. With a string of popular food books already under her belt, numerous TV appearances and the huge benefit of working alongside big name chefs such as Gordon Ramsay, Jamie Oliver and John Torode on everything from live cookery demonstrations to TV programmes such as Hell’s Kitchen, the experience shines through.
This mouth watering Thai Fishcakes recipe is simple to make but the flavours coming through are awesome.
The ingredient as you can see are easily available and it is worth searching for the Tilda Lime and Coriander Steamed Rice which i personally thought was scrummy.
